Endorsed SB 1118 | February 2020

LHA endorsed SB 1118 to revise the guidelines of an existent affordable housing program (MHP) to incentive the creation of housing for people with Intellectual and developmental disabilities. Public Comment on Revised MHP Guidelines | May 2020

 LHA organized our stakeholders to participate in the public comment process to MHP’s 2020 draft guideline amendments. Our objective was to ask HCD to remedy the underutilization of MHP to create units that serve people with I/DD. This public comment period ended on May 5th.
